This regional healthcare provider’s parent company is the publicly – traded, Fortune 500 company Community Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE: CYH). Northwest Primary and Specialty Care is a large multi-specialty physician group affiliated with Northwest Healthcare. With more than 80 providers and locations throughout the Tucson MSA. This building was constructed at the end of 2017 as a build-to-suit for Northwest Healthcare. The lease runs through the end of 2029 and calls for annual rent increases and two-five-year options to extend .
