The property was an up leg to a 1031 exchange by Bedrock’s primary capital partner.

FMC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA, which is the world’s largest integrated provider of products and services for individuals undergoing dialysis because of chronic kidney failure, a condition that affects more than 1,890,000 individuals worldwide.
